Important disclosures.

General information regarding 5thN Financial and its portfolio-management approach.

Registration and services

5thN Financial describes itself as an Arkansas-registered investment adviser. Registration does not imply a specific level of skill, training, or approval by a state or federal regulator. The firm’s registration status and disclosure information should be verified through IAPD/AdviserInfo (firm CRD 286020). Information presented on this site is general in nature and may not describe every service, restriction, or client category.

No individualized advice or client relationship

This website is for informational purposes and is not personalized investment advice, an offer to enter into an advisory agreement, or a solicitation where prohibited. An investment advisory relationship exists only after required documentation and any applicable client-acceptance processes are completed. Services may not be available in every jurisdiction.

Investment risks

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Asset allocation, diversification, risk limits, quantitative techniques, and active portfolio management do not guarantee returns, prevent losses, or ensure that an investment objective is achieved. Securities and funds held in client portfolios may entail additional issuer, liquidity, concentration, interest-rate, credit, market, and other risks.

Proprietary research and model limitations

Expanded Portfolio Theory (EPT) and the proprietary asset model are internal analytical tools. Their estimates depend on data quality, assumptions, and market conditions and may prove inaccurate. Historical information and model-generated conclusions do not necessarily predict future performance. This site intentionally presents no performance figures, model backtests, client testimonials, or third-party ratings.

Client participation and investment authority

Clients can discuss objectives, restrictions, and proposed changes to their investment mandates with the firm. Such discussions do not mean that every transaction is subject to prior client approval. The degree of discretionary or non-discretionary authority, procedures for changing instructions, and any restrictions are established in the applicable advisory agreement. Client-requested changes are subject to review, agreement, and applicable account and legal limitations.

Fees, custody, and conflicts

Fees, methods of compensation, services, investment authority, custody arrangements, outside business activities, potential conflicts, disciplinary disclosures (if any), and other material terms should be reviewed in the current Form ADV Part 2A and applicable advisory agreement before becoming a client. Financial arrangements relating to proprietary research, methods, or related strategies may create conflicts requiring disclosure when applicable. The website does not replace legally required brochure and supplement delivery.

Communications and privacy

Do not submit sensitive personal information or trading orders through any website contact form. When a form is enabled, the website operator should publish an appropriate privacy notice and describe data handling accurately. Electronic communications may not be secure or monitored continuously.

Accuracy and updates
